LESCO offers the following ways for customers to solve their inquiries:

  3. Visit your area LESCO customer service for immediate solutions to your issues.

The LESCO customers should follow the following safety guides for their precious lives:

  1. Do not use bare wires or conductors for electricity extensions.
  2. Use automatic voltage regulators with a delayed start for LCDs and refrigerators.
  3. Use high-quality switches and plugins.
  4. Use good quality Miniature Circuit Braker for Air Conditioner.
  5. Don’t use electricity cables for hanging clothes.
  6. Do not touch metallic parts of pedestal fan, electric motor pumps, and washing machines without removing electric connections.
  7. At each stage use proper size fuses.

The LESCO consumers can conserve electricity by adopting the following measures:

  1. Switch off unwanted lights, machinery, and other electrical appliances.
  2. Use proper-size capacitors for fans and electric motors etc.
  3. Use mercury and fluorescent lamps instead of conventional electric lamps.

d)          To ensure that bills are delivered in time to customers and also to ensure that the bills are available on LESCO official website.

e)          For stable supply and to address for complaints of damaged transformers, every Circle/Division has been equipped with sufficient nos. of transformers trolleys to replace the damaged transformers immediately.

f)           For satisfaction of costumers and accurate billing LESCO has planned for printing of meter pictures on electricity bills. For this meter reading through mobile system has been introduced and its roll out has been completed.

As per directives by the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Ministry of Energy, the LESCO administration has decided to hold an electronic court (E-Kacheri) every month at the Chief Executive and Manager Operations levels. Through this initiative, consumers will be able to easily communicate their electricity-related issues to the relevant authorities from the comfort of their homes or offices, eliminating the need to visit offices in person for complaint resolution.

For this facilitation, LESCO have planned to utilize social media and have created official contact pages for LESCO officials on Facebook. These pages will host the electronic court sessions on a regular monthly basis.

It is requested to our esteemed customers to visit regularly the Facebook page of the relevant officer according to their area to stay updated on the latest policies and initiatives for addressing public grievances.
