STEPS FOR GETTING A LESCO NEW CONNECTION

This section will guide you with the steps for getting Lesco new connection from the LESCO.

FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS FOR LESCO NEW CONNECTION

  1. Fill out the online application form.
  2. Upload the scanned copies of the following documents with a size within 50 kilo Bytes.
    • Building or plot ownership proof in the shape of registry, fared, baynama, or allotment letter. All documents must be attested by oath commissioner, notary public or class one officer.
    • Undertaking by the applicant ; as per specimen available in the concerned office on the stamp paper duly attested by oath commissioner that neither any electricity connection is previously available nor any arrear of electricity bill is outstanding. If any arrear is found at a later stage. I shall be bound to pay it.
    • In case of more than one owner; power of attorney (as per specimen available in the concerned office on the stamp paper duly attested by oath commissioner) in favour of applicant from other owners.
    • In case of applicant is a tenant, No Objection Certificate (as per specimen available in the concerned office on the stamp paper duly attested by oath commissioner) from the owner of the property.
    • Attested copy of the CNIC of the applicant.
    • Attested copy of the CNIC of the two witnesses (In case of single phase meter no witnesses are required)
      • Additional documents for industrial applicants
    • Connection in the name of the company and in case of more than one owner power of attorney (in favor of applicant) that he can follow the application and also sign contract with the LESCO.
    • Site map where connection is required.
    • In case of a Limited or Private Limited Company, a copy of the incorporation certificate (Articles and Memorandum of Association).
    • Complete addresses and attested copy of CNIC of all Board of Directors.
    • No Objection Certificate on company letterhead as per Form-29 duly signed by all the Directors of the company.
    • charge creation certificate from Security and Exchange Commission, whose worth will be equal to the security amount.

3. Submit the online application form.

4. Get print out the application form.

5. Attach all the above documents with the application form.

6. Send application along with all attachments to the concerned office.

7. After verification of the documents, a Demand Notice will be issued.

8. Pay the demand notice to the designated bank.

9. Send a copy of the paid demand notice to the concerned office.

10. After verification of the demand notice payment, an electricity connection will be installed.

Note:

  1. LESCO reserves the right to reject/ cancel any application at any stage, if found defaulter.
  2. Incomplete/vague applications will not be entertained.
  3. In case of fake documents are submitted, the application will be cancelled and legal action will be taken against the applicant(s) / owner(s).

  1. Connect with a solar company registered with the Alternative Energy Development Board.

  3. The company will get approval from the Punjab Energy Department and NEPRA.
  4. The relevant departments will sign an agreement and issue a NOC and Generation License.
